
ingredients For Wings:
- 1 ½ Lb Chicken Wings
- 1 Tbsp. Melted Ghee
- ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ Tsp. Sea Salt
- ¼ Tsp. Black Pepper
Ingredients For Glaze:
- 1 Tbsp. Ghee
- 5 Cloves Garlic Chopped Finely
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Raw Honey
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees F
- Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper
- Pat Wings Dry with Paper Towel, place on Baking Sheet
- Add Melted Ghee, sprinkle with Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper
- Toss with Hands and Arrange Wings in a Single layer
- Bake Wings until Crispy and Golden
Prepare Glaze:
- In a Small Sauce Pan Combine Ghee, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Honey and Cayenne Pepper
- Bring Mixture to A Boil, then Reduce Heat and let Simmer until Mixture has Reduced by about Half
- Immediately Pour Glaze onto Wings and Toss until Coated
