Plant Based Low Carb Bagels


  • 1 cup almond flour 
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseeds 
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon everything but the bagel seasoning 


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a mixing bowl add coconut flour, almond flour, flaxseed, baking soda and sea salt
  • In a separate mixing bowl add the apple cider vinegar and water mix well and then add dry ingredients to create your batter
  • Grease your bagel mold with nonstick coconut spray 
  • Fill your mold with the batter and sprinkle with bagel seasoning on top 
  • Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown
