- Banza Rotini Chick Pea Pasta
- Purple Cabbage
- Celery
- White Onion
- Cucumber
- Red Peppers
- Spinach
- Lemon
- Vegan Mayo
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Herbed Sea Salt
- Dijon Mustard
- Pink Salt
- Cracked Pepper
Directions:
- Pre make and cool Pasta
- Chop All Veggies Small
- Mix All Veggies in Separate Bowl
- Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice onto Veggies
- Mix Veggies into Pasta
- Add Pink Salt to Taste
For Dressing:
- Add Chopped Peppers into Bowl
- Squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice onto the Peppers
- Add Herbed Sea Salt
- Add 1 Tablespoon of Vegan Mayo
- Add 1 Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
- Add Splash of Apple Cider Vinegar
- Add 1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
- Mix
- Fold Dressing into Bowl of Pasta and Veggies, Toss Well
- Top With Cracked Pepper
