Ingredients
- Arugula (1 cup)
- Mozzarella (1/2 cup)
- Vegan violife parm (1/2 cup)
- Honey (drizzle)
- Basil (1/4 cup)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Balsamic glaze (drizzle)
- Olive oil (2 teaspoons)
Directions
- Make pizza in oven per directions on the back of the box
- Once removed drizzle with evoo
- Top with mozzarella
- Shave vegan parm on top
- Break up a cup of arugula on top
- Add more shaved arugula
- Slice cherry tomatoes in halves and place around on top
- Drizzle honey on top
- Drizzle balsamic glaze on top
- Add drizzle of evoo
- Sprinkle pink salt pepper
- And fresh chopped basil
- Cut and serve
