  • Sunflower bread
  • Extra virgin olive oil ( 3 tablespoons)
  • Vegan violife parm
  • Herb sea salt seasoning
  • Lemon
  • Basil
  • Pink salt
  • Food processor




    • Open the pods and remove the bean
    • Blanch them in boiling water for 45 seconds
    • Then remove and put into an ice bath for a few minutes
    • Once cooled remove the waxy skin layer
    • Toast sunflower bread
    • Cut into bite size squares
    • Add steamed and de boded beans to food processor
    • Add 3 tablespoons of evoo
    • Squeeze in half a lemon
    • Add cup mob vegan farm
    • Pulse on high
    • Add another tablespoon of evoo
    • Add 1/8 cup of water
    • Add chopped fresh basil
    • Pulse on high till smooth
    • Spread onto pieces of sunflower bread
    • Add pink salt and pepper extra squeeze of lemon and serve
