Ingredients
- Sunflower bread
- Extra virgin olive oil ( 3 tablespoons)
- Vegan violife parm
- Herb sea salt seasoning
- Lemon
- Basil
- Pink salt
- Food processor
Directions
- Open the pods and remove the bean
- Blanch them in boiling water for 45 seconds
- Then remove and put into an ice bath for a few minutes
- Once cooled remove the waxy skin layer
- Toast sunflower bread
- Cut into bite size squares
- Add steamed and de boded beans to food processor
- Add 3 tablespoons of evoo
- Squeeze in half a lemon
- Add cup mob vegan farm
- Pulse on high
- Add another tablespoon of evoo
- Add 1/8 cup of water
- Add chopped fresh basil
- Pulse on high till smooth
- Spread onto pieces of sunflower bread
- Add pink salt and pepper extra squeeze of lemon and serve
