
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons Egg Replacement
- 3 Tablespoons of Water
- 1 cup of Grain Free Pancake Mix (Red Mill Paleo Pancake Mix)
- 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
- Additional Cup of Water (or Almond Milk)
- Non-Stick Coconut Oil Spray
- Purely Elizabeth Grain Free Granola
- Vegan Butter
- Monk Fruit Maple flavored Sugar Free Syrup
Directions:
- Mix Egg Replacement and Water in bowl
- Add Grain Free Pancake Mix
- Add Coconut Oil
- Add additional cup of Water and Mix thoroughly
- Spray Pan with Non-Stick Coconut Oil Spray
- Begin layering Pancake Mix in Pan (this recipe makes approximately 4 small pancakes)
- Sprinkle in Purely Elizabeth Grain Free Granola (for added crunch to pancake)
- Flip Pancakes once they begin to bubble, remove from pan once fully cooked
- If preferred, you can use vegan butter on top or just top with Monk Fruit Maple Flavored Sugar Free Syrup
