Directions:
- Shred Veggies on Mandolin to Preferred Thickness into Bowl
- Add Juice from Lemon
- Chop Greens and Add to Bowl
- Chop and Add Cashews
- Add 1 Tablespoon of Dressing, 1 Teaspoon of Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar and Dijon Mustard to Taste into Small Bowl and Mix
- Mix Dressing into Salad
- Top with Hawthorne Valley Ruby Kraut
