Ingredients: 

  • Red Pepper 
  • Raw Beet 
  • Cucumber 
  • Carrot 
  • Radish  
  • Lemon 
  • Organic Spring Mix  
  • Baby Spinach 
  • Organic Raw Cashews  
  • Dressing (Olive Oil and Balsamic) 
  • Honey 
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 
  • Dijon Mustard 
  • Hawthorne Valley Ruby Kraut  

 

Directions: 

  • Shred Veggies on Mandolin to Preferred Thickness into Bowl  
  • Add Juice from Lemon  
  • Chop Greens and Add to Bowl  
  • Chop and Add Cashews  
  • Add 1 Tablespoon of Dressing, 1 Teaspoon of Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar and Dijon Mustard to Taste into Small Bowl and Mix 
  • Mix Dressing into Salad 
  • Top with Hawthorne Valley Ruby Kraut
