Ingredients
- Watermelon 1/2
- Cucumber 1 (hothouse)
- Violife feta 1 cup
- Mint 2/3 cup
- Basil 2/3 cup
- Arugula 2 cups
- Extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Pink salt
- Black pepper
- Balsamic glaze drizzle
Directions
- Cut watermelon into cubes
- Peel cucumber with carrot grater
- Slice cucumber into rounds
- place both watermelon and cucumber into a serving bowl
- Roughly chop mint and basil
- Sprinkle your fresh basil and mint on top of watermelon and cucumber
- Rough chop arugula and add
- Crumble violife feta on top
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil
- Pink salt and pepper
- Drizzle balsamic glaze
