Ingredients

  • Watermelon 1/2
  • Cucumber 1 (hothouse)
  • Violife feta 1 cup
  • Mint 2/3 cup
  • Basil 2/3 cup
  • Arugula 2 cups
  • Extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
  • Pink salt
  • Black pepper
  • Balsamic glaze drizzle 

  

 

Directions

  • Cut watermelon into cubes
  • Peel cucumber with carrot grater
  • Slice cucumber into rounds
  • place both watermelon and cucumber into a serving bowl
  • Roughly chop mint and basil
  • Sprinkle your fresh basil and mint on top of watermelon and cucumber
  • Rough chop arugula and add
  • Crumble violife feta on top
  • Drizzle extra virgin olive oil
  • Pink salt and pepper
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze
