Instructions:

  • 20 rep air squats 
  • 15 leg curls (heavy weight)
  • 15 single leg curls alternating every 5 (medium weight)
  • 20 leg curls (medium weight)
  • 20 sumo air squats
  • 15 leg extensions (heavy weight)
  • 15 single leg extensions alternating every 5 (medium weight)
  • 20 leg extensions (heavy weight)
  • 20 sumo air squats 
  • 10 sissy squats with DB (light weight)
  • 20 sissy squats no weight 
  • 10 sumo squats 
  • 12 Leg press shoulder width apart (medium weight)
  • 12 leg press toes pointed out wide stance (medium weight)
  • 12 single right leg (medium weight)
  • 12 single left leg (medium weight)
  • 12 feet together press (medium weight)
  • 8 pulses at bottom of press
  • 15 air squats feet together 
  • 8 sumo squat pulses 
  • 8 sumo squats 
  • 8 sumo squat pulses 
  • 8 sumo squats
