  •  10 Ball to Ground Crunch
  •  10 Twisted Hanging Around the World Crunches (One Handed Touch)
  •  10 Twist with Crunch
  •  10 Left Twist Crunches
  •  10 Right Twist Crunches
  •  10 Straight Arm Overhead Crunches
  •  10 Elbow to Knee Twisted Crunch
