  • 15 Kneeling Banded Hip Thrust (Light Weight)
  • 15 Feet Together Squats
  • 15 Step Up DB Shoulder Squats (Light Weight DB)
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 15 Cable Glute Pull Through (Heavy Weight)
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 6 Hamstring Hip Thrust with DB (Light Weight)
  • 9 Hamstring Hip Thrust Left Foot Only (NO DB)
  • 9 Hamstring Hip Thrust Right Foot Only (NO DB)
  • 8 Hamstring Hip Thrust Both Legs (No Weight)
  • 6 Hamstring Hip Thrust with DB (Light Weight)
