The FullyCommitted Body Blueprint Program is a 7-week full body program. It is designed to give you the true FullyCommitted body – a thoroughbred booty, brickhouse legs, jailhouse arms and that snatched no waist! It included 5 workouts a week, 2 body parts at a time. Every single workout is different, getting more advanced each week. Every week you will get 1 rest day and 1 cardio active recovery day. You will receive 24/7 support along with food/lifestyle guidelines.
