 • 1 Gallon of water every day (try and have a liter at each meal) 
• Raw green juice every am first thing on an empty stomach (green powder if not juice) 
• Legs up on the wall for 15 mins every day for circulation 
• Dry brush before you get into the shower 
• Coffee scrub in shower 
• Stop eating by 6pm 
• If u eat later make sure u have a full 12 hours before your next meal 
• Exercise consistently 
• On your rest day (reset day) up calories for the body to rebuild muscle and trim fat 
• Fruit always on an empty stomach or with raw veggies 
• Always eat raw greens before cooked food to alkaline the belly (example: when eating eggs 
make sure and have some raw green salad first to pressure the body to break down the foods, I like just a squeeze of lemon, pink salt and olive oil)
