“Don’t Be Soft”…Get hard for the Holidays - a 3 week training series to start your New Year off on the right track! When you purchase the series, you will get access to one week of training at a time (as not to overwhelm you and help keep you on-track and focused!) There are 5 workouts per week, 3 Full Body (Jolly Jiggle) and 2 Cardio/Core (Christmas Crunch Burner).
Also included are meal guidelines with both regular diet and plant based diet options, you will have 24/7 support via email for any questions regarding the workouts or meals!
